APPLICATIONS FOR OCTOBER 2012 NOW OPEN

Advanced Diploma in Transfer Pricing (Africa) will commence on 24 September 2012.

Transfer Pricing in Africa is starting to become a major problem with international Multi-Nationals who are doing (or wanting to do) business in Africa.  Revenue Services in various African countries are skilling up in the area of Transfer Pricing, and 2012 has already seen a dramatic increase in companies being required to engage with Revenue Services on Transfer Pricing.  The major problem for Multi-Nationals doing (or wanting to do) business in Africa, is that there is a vast lack of knowledge and information available on tax in general, and in a very specialized area such as Transfer Pricing these Multi-Nationals really have very little expertize and information to fall back on.

The International Institute for Tax & Finance (IITF), together with Thomas Jefferson School of Law (TJSL), San Diego, California, USA have developed the Advanced Diploma in Transfer Pricing (Africa) ADipTP, to assist Multi-Nationals and tax-practitioners, alike, who are wanting to increase their skills in Transfer Pricing, particularly with Africa in mind.

The ADipTP has been developed by leading international transfer pricing specialists who have spent a vast amount of their careers dealing with these issues in Africa.

Together with the international qualification through the American Bar Association accredited Thomas Jefferson School of Law this gives students a very unique qualification, that is unparalleled by anything currently on offer Internationally.

This ADipTP course takes 1 academic year to complete and delivers 2 credits towards the TJSL LLM in International Tax and Finance.
